Alternative Utility Services Approved to Operate as Gas Retail Agent in Massachusetts

Energy brokerage company, Alternative Utility Services, Inc. (AUS) is approved to operate in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a gas retail agent.

March 24, 2015 – Alternative Utility Services, Inc. (AUS) is now approved to operate as a gas retail agent, serving both commercial and industrial customers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under license number RA-132.

The gas license permits AUS to facilitate and arrange for the purchase and sale of natural gas on behalf of clients in the following  utilities: Bay State Gas Company, Berkshire Gas Company, Blackstone Gas Company, Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Co., National Grid, (Boston Gas & Colonial Gas), New England Natural Gas Company and NSTAR Gas Company.
