With the start of a new year, AUS has lots to be excited about.  First and foremost, we have increased our business holdings with the acquisition of Cost Containment International and added some valuable new members to our team.  Join us in welcoming Hans Herrmann, past president of C2 International – our new Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Hans brings with him more than 15 years of experience working with condo associations, management companies, municipalities and businesses.  Often alluded to as “The Energy Guy,” Hans’ has a unique ability to bring energy down to the basics, making it a more understandable and manageable concept for his clients.  His hands-on attitude and ability makes him the go-to person for large entities looking for more than just a lower price but for an entire energy solution strategy.

As President of Cost Containment, Hans developed the company from the ground up, starting with the neighborhood pizza place and growing the company into a household name in the Chicago area. Now, as Executive VP of Business Development of AUS, Hans will take this same sales drive and apply it towards the acquisition of new business and the continued development of current client relationships. Hans’ move to AUS simply means he’ll be delivering the same expert service, but with a host of additional opportunities to explore including Benchmarking, Demand Response and Renewable Energy.
